1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Golf + Social application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, members, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Golf + Social provides a mobile platform for golfers to:

• Book tee times at partner golf courses

• Connect with other golf enthusiasts

• Join golf-related events and meetups

• Access educational content about golf

• Purchase golf-related products and services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account.

When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Keep your password secure and confidential

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Membership & Subscriptions

​

Golf + Social offers free and premium membership tiers.

Premium memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice

5. Booking & Reservations

​

When booking tee times or events through the App:

​

• All bookings are subject to availability

• You agree to the cancellation policies of each venue or event

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified

• No-shows may result in forfeiture of fees and restrictions on future bookings

• We are not responsible for course conditions or event cancellations due to weather

6. User Conduct

​

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on the rights of others

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Transmit viruses or malicious code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

• Scrape or collect user data without permission

7. User Content

​

By posting content to the App, you grant Golf + Social a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you post, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Golf + Social and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Golf + Social. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms of service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLF + SOCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf + Social and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
